This includes the coordination and undertaking of strategic data gathering exercises of the physical, cultural, and technological aspects of a working environment, the analysis, and presentation of these results. Working closely with key stakeholders and project teams, the information gathered will be translated into a meaningful concept, space budget, and ultimate client brief that aligns with business drivers and supports the different workstyles of the organization.The Workplace Strategy Consultant is required to work effectively at all levels of the organization and confidently influence others, including executive leadership, toward a common vision. At the heart of this role is a proactive, client-focused approach, where the ability to communicate and partner with multiple stakeholders is crucial. The role is 'hands-on' and will require demonstrable project and change management experience
