IRC225384 – SENIOR WEB DATA ANALYST At Eni we are looking for a Senior Web Data Analyst for our Plenitude Iberia offices in Madrid. You will be responsible for the design, development and growth of innovative digital products, reporting directly to the Digital & Communication Manager. You will be in charge of defining a data strategy and the consequent implementation of tracking systems, with a complete vision of the whole data cycle such as collection, analysis and visualization, while interacting with figures from the business and IT area in order to find the best solution in terms of efficiency and accuracy.

As a member of the Digital & Communication Department, you will be responsible for: Supporting business figures (PO, digital marketing manager, acquisition manager, media manager) in defining an effective tracking strategy, by sharing guidelines and requirements with IT. Constantly verifying the consistency of shared tracking solutions, contributing to the definition of a stable framework. Monitoring the performance of key digital assets (web portal, app, landing pages, social media), with a focus on Google Analytics. Supporting business analytics through reports and dashboards in Google Data Studio and other data visualisation tools. Managing data layer and tracking through Google Tag Manager. Analysing user behaviour to gain useful insights to improve user experience and increase lead generation/acquisitions. Suggesting strategies to improve site performance through tracking/debugging solutions and pixel/cookie optimisation. Possessing advanced knowledge of digital advertising players, the Google Marketing Platform, and having proven experience in creating media dashboards, reconciling data from different sources. Writing behavioural and business analytics data-viz documents. This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: Knowledge of web technologies such as Javascript/Ajax/Jquery, HTML, single page applications (SPA). Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS and client/server protocol, cookie management and cookie centre implementation. Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, BigQuery and Google Tag Manager. Experience working in multinational environments. Proven experience in the sector. Fluent in English and Spanish. Italian is a plus. Desirable requirements: Knowledge in A/B/multivariate testing tools and competencies in test design/measurement for conversion rate optimization. Knowledge of Commanders Act tag manager. SEO and audience measurement tools: Semrush, Similar Web, Statista and similar. Understanding of the dynamics and/or knowledge of AngularJS, ReactJS and other frameworks. Basic knowledge of Python and APIs. Good knowledge of mobile application development methods (languages, native/hybrid, web views). Experience in eCommerce, digital retail (insurance, telecommunications, banking, etc.). Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus. Analytical skills and competencies across the GA 360 - GA4 stack, with excellent communication skills and familiar with building and measuring media funnels, data models and conversion optimisation metrics.
