This is a remote position.Please note:Fluent English, both written and spoken, is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SIP/VoIP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Asterisk/Freeswitch & Kamailio, and will be instrumental in delivering top-tier support to our wholesale customers & partners, while leading the technical development of our new SIP platform - both our Wholesale platform, and our PBX UC platform.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:- Provide daily support to wholesale customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.- Lead the technical aspects of developing and implementing a new SIP platform (based on Asterisk/Freeswitch and Kamailio).- Design, test, and deploy robust VoIP solutions.- Design & develop our new Wholesale voice platform.- Design & develop our new PBX UC platform.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to VoIP infrastructure.- Facilitate communication and integration between systems, ensuring seamless connectivity with various interconnect partners.- Collaborate closely with project management teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects.- Maintain detailed and comprehensive documentation of processes, system configurations, and network designs.Requirements:- Proven experience as a SIP/VoIP engineer with strong technical knowledge of Asterisk/Freeswitch and Kamailio.- Strong understanding of APIs and system integration, particularly in communicating with different interconnect partners.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language such as Spanish, German, or French is a plus.- Experience with project management software and strong organizational skills.- A commitment to maintaining detailed and accurate documentation.- Self-driven!- Ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively in a team environment.- Must pass security clearance.- Must be able to provide a clean criminal record!BenefitsWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.- A dynamic and innovative work environment.- Flexible working arrangements, with options to work from our office in Fuengirola, remotely, or in a hybrid setting.Please note, this position is handled by our Spanish company, and all employment will be according to Spanish law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
