7+ years of proven success conducting UX research in a consumer-facing product development environment.Minimum Qualifications:BS in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive or Experimental Psychology, or similar.A graduate degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, HCI, or similar.Key Responsibilities:Design, execute, and communicate user research to multiple types of organizational stakeholders.Work closely with interaction designers and design technologists to drive effective user research.Create long-term research roadmaps and opportunity frameworks that align to and inform business strategy and goals.Make autonomous decisions to evaluate which user research methodology approaches work, and which don't.Utilize communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.Preferred Qualifications:A portfolio that demonstrates past work experience and deliverables (e.G., how your research informed decision-making, ideally in the digital products and services industry).Excellent command of generative user research methodologies.Strategic, business-building approach to research with a passion for translating data into bottom-line impact.Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
