We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our global team and help build amazing digital products. This role will be offered as a contract to October 2024 (with the possibility of extension).
This role is part of our global Product Experience team that works closely with our Product teams to help create intuitive experiences across Moodle's product suite. In this role, you will be working collaboratively with the product experience lead, product managers, developers, and designers to define, execute, and synthesize UX research studies and drive a user-centered mindset amongst our teams.
With the pace and global nature of Moodle, no two days will ever be the same! But most days will involve a mix of:
Collaborating with product designers and product teams to prepare, plan, and execute research initiatives spanning both generative and evaluative research methods.
Planning and running usability testing sessions as well as mentoring product designers to carry out usability testing of their own.
Owning and documenting research findings, and sharing insights with teams, Moodle HQ, and the community in a creative and engaging way.
Assisting with continuing to establish UX research best practices and creating a customer-focused mindset.
This is a fully remote role that can be based anywhere in Europe or APAC regions!
