As a Senior Mixed-Methods UX Researcher within the team, you will be in charge of:Collaborate and effectively communicate with product and business stakeholders to define impactful research topics aligned with strategic goals.Lead quantitative research initiatives to answer complex behavioral questions, using advanced methodologies to analyze user attitudes and behaviors.Champion research operations best practices to streamline processes, enhance visibility, and improve stakeholder alignment.Implement AI-driven automation and machine learning techniques to optimize data analysis, synthesis, and reporting.Design and execute end-to-end research projects using various methods, including large-scale surveys, statistical analysis, field studies, and usability testing.Synthesize insights from multiple data sources (qualitative, quantitative, customer support, social media, etc.) into actionable recommendations that drive product development.Mentor and support product designers and junior researchers in defining research questions, selecting methodologies, and interpreting findings.Continuously optimize our research toolkit, identifying new tools, methods, and technologies to improve research quality and speed.Advocate for the user voice and foster UX research understanding across all levels of the organization
