We're now preparing to launch Bigdata.Com, a next-generation platform aimed at transforming financial decision-making.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our dynamic team and drive user-centered design insights across our product suite.
As a UX Researcher, you will play a key role in understanding user needs, behaviors, and expectations, translating these into actionable insights for product development and design.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.You will report directly to the Senior Front End Product Manager and collaborate with various departments, including Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Customer Support.What You Need to Succeed:Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research, with a strong focus on qualitative and quantitative research methods.Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and data analysis.Proficiency with UX research tools and software, such as DoveTail, UserTesting, Hotjar, Customer.Io or equivalent.A track record of success in translating research findings into actionable product and design recommendations.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing insights that shape product strategy and design.Experience executing on all facets of the user research process across all phases of growth.Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics to inform the product's UX strategy.Excellent communication skills to articulate research findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Your Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points across the product life cycle.Design and execute research studies, including usability tests, user interviews, and surveys, to gather insights.Analyze research data to identify patterns, trends, and key insights that inform product and design decisions.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research findings into actionable product enhancements.Present research findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for product improvements.Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and incorporate them into research strategies.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the UX team.What's in it for You?You will work with the latest technologies.Our Headquarters is located in Marbella.
