The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.What You Will DoWork as a key pillar of the team, connecting Product, UX Research, UI Designers, Game Designers, Art, and Devs, following a Player Centric approach and ensuring the best quality and experience for our players.Apply your UX knowledge and player feedback to help improve and evolve the current game experience.Improve existing features to ensure they are easy to understand, fun, and engaging for our players.Lead UX workshops to influence and facilitate a co-design methodology among your colleagues.Be a key person during the ideation and pre-production process for new features, taking a hands-on approach to the development process.Follow the latest UX design thinking practices during the ideation/design process.Catch up with industry trends to go beyond our competitors.Work closely with UI, Art, Product, Game Design, and UX leadership to define and establish a cohesive identity and language over the game.Collaborate closely with UI designers in the creation of UI frameworks that lead to visible, accessible, user-friendly, and engaging features.Apply and advocate for maintaining a unified user flow throughout gameplay features and systems.Iterate using player and team feedback to aim for simplicity, comprehension, and seamless experiences.Develop the player journey for each feature to ensure a delightful end-to-end experience for the players.What We're Looking For4+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer in the gaming industry.Ability to lead the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a cross-team environment.Player-first mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
