The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.What You Will DoAs a Senior UX Designer, you will work as a key pillar of the team, connecting Product, UX Research, UI Designers, Game Designers, Art, Devs… following a Player Centric approach and ensuring the best quality and experience for our players.Apply your UX knowledge and with players feedback to help improve and evolve the current game experienceImprove existing features to ensure they are easy to understand, fun and engaging to our playersLead UX workshops to influence and facilitate aco-design methodology among your colleaguesBe a key person during the ideation and pre-production process for new features.
You will take a hands-on approach to the development process to ensure we deliver the best user experienceFollow the latest UX design thinking practices during the ideation/design processCatch up with the industry trends to go beyond our competitorsWork closely with UI, Art, Product, Game Design and UX leadership to define and establish a cohesive identity and language over the gameCollaborate closely with UI designers in the creation of their UI frameworks that leads to visible, accessible, user-friendly and engaging featuresApply and advocate to maintain a unified user flow throughout gameplay features and systems.Iterate using player and team feedback to aim for simplicity, comprehension and seamless experiencesDevelop the player journey for each feature to ensure a delightful end-to-end experience for the playersWhat We're Looking For4+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer in the gaming industryAbility to lead the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a cross team environmentPlayer-first mindset.
Consider our players in every part of the design process and advocate for them in the team bringing User Centered Design tools toensure that our players are in every conversationAbility to develop and communicate complex systems on different layers using wireframes, customer journey, user flow, mockups, prototypes and storyboardsUnderstand player needs by independently conducting customer research, user testing, and establishing feedback loopsAbility to work well within a dynamic, cross-discipline, and iterative team environmentSelf-motivated and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and remotelyYou thrive in a collaborative environment while maintaining a positive and humble mindset.
