Senior User Acquisition Manager

Job DescriptionAs a Senior UA Manager, you will focus on marketing actions to drive customer acquisition for our top tier cross-platform title, Asphalt Legends Unite. You will be responsible for advertising on performance UA channels and optimizing to reach the target return on investment at scale.
Responsibilities:Own ambitious budgets to grow Asphalt Legends Unite across different platforms, including mobile and PC/Console;Collaborate directly & closely with game production teams on planned marketing actions;Elaborate dedicated and innovative marketing strategies per game in collaboration with the local game, marketing, and creative teams;Analyze campaigns and use precise optimization to reach game goals;Communicate regularly and clearly, to the studio & HQ management teams, the plans, status, and challenges to meet objectives.QualificationsBachelor/Master's degree in marketing or equivalent experience;3-4 years of experience managing performance marketing or UA campaigns on mobile.Has executed UA campaigns of multimillion budget annually;Detail-oriented, organized, and highly-motivated;Fluency in EnglishGood verbal, written, and interpersonal skills needed;
