Accountabilities Perform site preparation, underground and paving engineering services such as: Elaboration of Bases and Design Criteria, Construction Specifications.
Calculation reports, MTO and estimations.
Coordinate and review drawings for site preparation underground layout, longitudinal and Sections, details, Isometrics, Underground Layouts, Manholes.
Review of P&IDs for the design of Oily Gravity Drainage in Industrial Plants.
Coordination with other disciplines.
Well versed in discipline setup, instituting work processes, monitoring a team, producing deliverables, and project closeout.
Skilled in estimating project costs and writing proposal content.
Deliver civil engineering services that meet Worley and our customers' applicable specifications, on time and within budget.
Technical Competency.
Supports adherence to generally accepted engineering and design practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
Supports the standardization of equipment specifications, drawings, and document templates.
Contribute to the understanding of technical knowledge, legal requirements, and customer specifications whenever viable and lawful.
Uses local/global standards to support technical excellence.
Supports the processes for checking, peer reviews, and incorporation of comments and findings.
Qualification : Academic Background Recognized Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Languages Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish.
Experience More than 15 years of experience and 3+ years in project leadership.
Senior level experience of civil EN design codes and American codes.
Technical Knowledge Technical and practical civil and structural skills.
Knowledge of the fundamental requirements of civil and structural engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
Skills in civil engineering specific software like Civil 3D and Stormcad.
Soft Skills Ability to communicate in a working from home environment.
