We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Treasury Manager to join our growing organization.
This critical role is central to the strategy, execution, and reporting of cash flow, debt, and hedging activities for our global operations.
Additionally, the Senior Treasury Manager plays a key role in the day-to-day Treasury operations.
Responsibilities: Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and optimize the use of banking services.
Oversee cash flow through accurate forecasting, monitoring bank balances, and managing cash requirements.
Approve ledger entries by auditing transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Support annual audits by providing necessary information and responding to auditor inquiries.
Manage and enhance rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts and long-term financial planning.
Oversee foreign exchange, commodity, and interest rate risk management programs.
Manage intercompany transactions, borrowing processes, reporting, and related documentation.
Prepare accurate and timely month-end reporting, ensuring proper reconciliation and issue resolution.
Recommend and implement financing strategies and working capital improvements.
Partner with teams to optimize global banking structures, cash management processes, and cash pooling implementation.
Compile and report on the organization's cash position, providing reliable and current data.
Coordinate Treasury tasks, ensuring timely updates to transitional accounts and client balances.
Automate treasury and bank reconciliation processes using SAP and Kyriba tools for improved efficiency.
Lead working capital optimization with a focus on reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improving Days Payable Outstanding (DPO).
Establish and manage cash-pooling strategies to centralize group-level cash.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Treasury and ERP systems.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, and Legal.
Skilled in maintaining relationships with banking partners and negotiating optimal terms.
Professional-level fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
