Senior Travel Consultant (German speaker) - Full-time, based in Spain, Poland, or Czech Republic (BCD Office or Home Office).We're BCD Travel, one of the world's leading corporate travel management companies with offices around the globe. People join our company because we provide a dynamic work environment and they stay with us because we care about their work-life balance.A snapshot of this opportunity:You will appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the client.Search and confirm travel reservations for the client.Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests.Perform follow-up as needed and within the time frame promised to the client.How can you set yourself apart:Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry.Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.Advanced skills on travel industry systems (i.E., Amadeus).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.What we offer you:At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
