OurMobility Insights solution processes and analyses anonymised mobile network data and other geolocation data from mobile devices to provide different types of mobility and travel demand indicators (e.g., origin-destination matrices).

As part of our expansion plans for 2025, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our Mobility Analytics team in Spain.
You will work alongside an international, multidisciplinary team of talented product engineers and data scientists to deliver solutions for a large variety of clients (transport authorities, transport operators and concessionaires, transport consultants, etc.)
in different geographical markets, including Spain, UK, Mexico, Colombia, Belgium and Portugal, among others.
Reporting to Nommon Mobility Analytics Director, responsibilities include: planning and allocating resources across multiple projects based on Nommon Mobility Analytics' solution portfolio; supervising and coordinating the activities of the project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered in time, to budget, and meeting the required quality standards; supporting project leaders in client liaison activities, such as contract meetings, reporting, resolution of technical issues, contract renegotiation, etc.
; collaborating with the product development team in the continuous improvement of Nommon Mobility Analytics' products and services, by assessing client feedback and deriving recommendations and lessons learnt; training and mentoring new staff; supporting business development activities (e.g., technical presentations to clients, proposal writing).
Qualifications and skills Required: MSc in a relevant engineering field, preferably with a background in Transport Engineering and/or Transport Economics.
+5 years of experience in complex technology or consulting projects.
Knowledge and experience in transport planning and modelling.
Experience in project planning, monitoring, and control.
Effective leadership and sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on both technical and management issues.
Ability to educate clients and advise them on how to best use Nommon's solutions.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent Spanish and English oral and written communication skills.
Nice to have, but not indispensable: Portuguese and/or French oral and written communication skills.
Experience in data analytics projects.
Experience/knowledge in the use of new data sources (e.g., mobile network data, GPS tracks, public transport smart card data, etc.)
for the analysis of travel demand.
Experience in computer programming.
Experience in other sectors dealing with geospatial data, such as urban planning, tourism and geomarketing.
