As Senior Transformation Manager, you will be accountable for defining the future Product/Platform Operating Strategy and how the wider Vodafone operational ecosystem should evolve over time, by working closely with multiple teams in Product Development, IT, Service Design and Commercial & Technology operations. Additionally, you will define the sourcing strategy for elements of the operating model and supporting systems.
You will also be accountable for ensuring that the operational enablers are in place for key delivery milestones such as "Ready for Sell", "Ready for Operations" and ongoing throughout the lifecycle in support of the evolution strategy. Such enablers would include:
Internal operational team resourcesRelated systems and tools to be developed or enhanced as part of the evolution strategyRequired third-party resources and their corresponding commercial agreementsWhat you bring: A strong technical and process background across Networks and ITAn ability to conduct full technical discovery, identification of pain points/gaps, the definition of business and technical requirements and the presentation of "as is" and "to be" scenariosTo create business cases to present the financial viability for required changes to people/process/tools in support of the planned transformationThe ability to drive change through the business through clearly articulated justifications and transformation plansExcellent communication skills at all levels up to the Technology Leadership TeamExperience in leading, motivating virtual teams across a matrix (multi-country) organizationAdvanced English levelWhy Vodafone?
