Senior Transfer Agent

We are looking for a Transfer Senior Agent to join our team in our office in Benidorm.
As a Transfer Senior Agent, you will be responsible for managing and controlling transfer services in the different areas we manage, maintaining a close relationship with TTOO to ensure the best quality of service, and managing incidents.The main responsibilities will be: Management and control of transfers in the different areas we manage.
Coordination with transport providers to ensure the best quality of service.
Communication with hoteliers and TTOO.
Management of claims and incidents.
Coordinate the Airport Coordinators in Alicante Airport.
Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service.
Be involved in the planning of the transfer routes in the area.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar position.
Advanced level of English; other languages will bea plus.
Knowledge of Office Package is a must.
