The Senior Trainer presents application use and technical support training courses across multiple product portfolios for direct and indirect (ICP) customers and internal staff who sell deliver and support the SITA Business Unit product portfolio. This includes assistance to Course Development in the development and management of course content and materials for multiple products in the SITA Business Unit product portfolio. The Senior Trainer is responsible for delivering end user and technical training for multiple products. Limited course development activities are required including task analysis course design content creation and content revision. Senior Trainer is expected to engage with subject matter experts in the development and delivery of training for multiple products in the SITA business unit product portfolio. The Senior Trainer also provides mentoring and guidance to Trainers during the process of student-teaching to expand training breadth. This role demands an expert-level understanding of aviation technologies, IT infrastructure, and educational methodologies, aimed at enhancing global operational standards and employee capabilities. What Will You Do Training Development – 20% Develop training across SITA's Airports Portfolios with a focus on Baggage for internal and external audiences. Ensures training content is up to date with product offering. Design tools include Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Storyline etc. Training Delivery – 80% Provide hands-on training sessions globally for multiple products, focusing on various audiences, such as end users, super users, and occasionally system administrators/technical support functions. Aviation and IT Expertise Employ deep expertise in aviation operations and airport ground handling technologies. Utilize knowledge of cloud IT infrastructure and architecture to enhance training offerings and support system implementations. Innovative Technology Integration Oversee the incorporation and management of advanced learning technologies, including remote and virtual learning environments. Ensure the effective use of productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Perform quality assurance assessments to maintain high training standards. Design and implement assessments to measure trainee understanding and competence
