This position exists to deliver comprehensive total rewards initiatives and programs which support our philosophy of providing total rewards that are attractive, fair, and equitable. This person is expected to deliver and communicate Total Rewards programs that enable Brown-Forman to remain a competitive employer as well as adhere to guidelines that promote our culture and values.
What You Can Expect:
Supports all Total Rewards needs for an assigned area of the business through alignment with established Total Rewards strategies and policies.
Serves as a Total Rewards influencer and educator for the assigned area. Meets frequently with HRBPs, managers, and employees at all levels to ensure understanding, listen to ideas and concerns, and maximize the perceived value of programs.
Conducts analysis of pay competitiveness and pay equity across assigned areas.
Acts as the primary subject matter expert and go-to person for the assigned area for all compensation and benefits programs. These programs include Global Job Levels, annual merit/bonus programs, fleet, health, and retirement. Conducts frequent analysis of trends.
Undertakes job evaluations as needed and recommends individual pay changes for all Leader and Professional level roles; partners with the Global Mobility team in the customization of mobility packages when necessary.
Supports the development and integration of new and/or existing rewards programs, policies, and procedures to ensure that programs are market competitive, internally equitable, and cost-effective.
Serves as a key member of the Emerging International Total Rewards team including recommendation of new vendor partners, updating employee communications, and partnering with Total Rewards Operations and HR Business partners on implementation.
Undertakes total rewards projects as requested. Acts as the primary point of contact for business area clients on projects and initial source of issue escalation.
What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR and/or business experience with a basic understanding of compensation theory and practice.
Expertise in Total Rewards principles and design.
Ability to create financial models using Excel/sheets (v-look ups, pivot tables, SumIFs).
Ability to source and use the most reliable benchmark data to inform total rewards practices.
Collaborative approach - connects work to others within the business and function to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Refined written and verbal communication skills. Ability to adjust messages to all levels and technical abilities.
Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese and English in reading/writing as well as speaking/listening
Ability to travel 5%-10%
