We have built a state-of-the-art Treasury Management System (TMS) and are seeking a dynamic Senior Tester to join our ambitious team during this exciting phase of expansion.About the roleAs a Senior Tester for our Treasury Management System (TMS), you will be responsible for ensuring our system's reliability, accuracy, and efficiency. TMS is a crucial system for corporate finance, which helps in managing an enterprise's liquidity, investments, and financial instruments such as derivatives and currency.Key responsibilities As a Senior Tester, you will be responsible for:Designing and implementing comprehensive test plansEngaging in both manual and automated testing, ensuring all features perform to the highest standardProviding mentorship to junior testing staff and contribute to team training and development initiativesIdentifying potential issues and lead troubleshooting effortsKeeping updated with industry standards and best practices, introducing them into our processesReporting on the status, quality, and potential risks associated with the system in development.Essential experience & skills ExperienceProven hands-on experience in testing financial applications, particularly TMS and or payments platformsExperience in various testing methodologies – functional, regression, performance, APIExperience in building and maintaining test automation frameworksAn understanding of security testing techniques to ensure data protection and confidentialityUnderstanding of treasury management processes such as cash management, forecasting, transaction management, financial instruments, reconciliation process, payments, and general treasury operations.Technical SkillsProficiency in testing tools (WebDriver IO, Cucumber, Postman, DevOps, JIRA)Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data validation techniquesFamiliarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel.Educational background and certificationAt least bachelor's degree in finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldCertifications like ISTQB, CSTE, or other relevant quality assurance qualifications can be advantageousKnowledge in financial and treasury management is requiredExcellent English language skills required.Soft SkillsExcellent attention to detailStrong communication skills to convey complex issues to developers and business stakeholdersAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesWillingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologiesAbility to handle changing requirements and priorities#J-18808-Ljbffr
