What you will doWork closely with cross-functional and self-organized teams to understand project requirements, provide testing insights, and ensure the quality of code delivered for production stability.Work effectively within an Agile framework and methodologies, participating in Agile meeting events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.Take the lead in identifying opportunities to leverage and implement testing solutions, mainly through test automation, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing within the team and projects.What you bring & who you areYou hold a University Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science & Business Informatics, or equivalent operational experience.You have 5+ years of experience in automated tests, including experience with common tools like Selenium.You are eager to thoroughly test and challenge the systems or services, even when those systems appear to be functioning correctly, in order to find edge cases that are hard to detect.You focus on the quality of the code delivered, ensuring production stability.You prefer to work in cross-functional and self-organized teams and you are able to work in agile frameworks and methodologies.You are a problem-solver with high attention to detail and a strong service orientation.You are fluent in English; German is a plus.About the teamYou can expect a cross-functional team that is passionate about change and development and strives to nurture a supportive team environment as well as empower innovative thinking.
