Allianz Services within Allianz Technology plays a key role in Data Analytics and AI-driven transformation by providing impactful solutions, growing capabilities, and running selected innovation and scaling projects across the Allianz operating model. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of globally scalable Data Analytics and AI solutions. Collaborating across departments and under the guidance of the Head of Business Data Improvement & Services, alongside the Global Business Owner team responsible for Allianz Data Platform (ADP), you'll lead interdisciplinary collaborations to leverage data-driven insights across vital areas such as Claims, Sales, and Operations. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams to strategically plan, execute, and deliver impactful Data Analytics and AI solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead cross-functional demand management process to gather, structure, and prioritize demand from our Organizational Entities, Group Center, AZ Technology, AZ Group Architecture/Technology teams. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources efficiently, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Oversee and manage OE-Core Group Workshops (+10 OEs & Group Center, AZ Tech). Steer and prepare material for important C-Level meetings (e.G. Board Meeting, SteerCos, Architecture Board Meetings, etc.). Lead and conduct retrospectives with AZ Tech, as well as engage in face-to-face discussions with various stakeholders from the Group. Utilize your deep project management skills to guide solution design, ensure alignment with best practices, and troubleshoot challenges. Implement demand/validation processes, and adhere to industry standards to ensure high-quality project deliverables. Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates, adapt plans to mitigate risks, and accommodate evolving business needs. Mentor & coach junior team members, foster their growth, and contribute to a culture of learning through insights and documentation. Key Requirements/Skills/Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Science/Engineering/Economics/Business Administration. Broad knowledge about insurance dynamics (Allianz knowledge is an advantage), transformation initiatives, and dependencies. Broad insurance domain knowledge (e.G. data in use, objectives, metrics, best practices). Practical experience in identifying and setting up strategic partnerships. Program/project management experience, preferably in data and transformation projects
