Job summary Join the European Item Data Quality (IDQ) team to solve complex catalog quality problems using challenging machine learning and data analysis solutions.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, Technical Program Manager to solve complex problems, engage different stakeholders and support the team to deliver innovative technology solutions.

Key job responsibilities As a Technical Program Manager, you will define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements and influence schedules and resource allocation.
You will engage multiple teams globally and ensure that business and technical stakeholders are aligned, driving discussions and providing context for business decisions.
You will help define the simplest engineering solutions that best meet business requirements.
You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
As a result, your work will improve the experience of millions of daily customers using world-wide.
A day in the life As part of your day-to-day activities, you will: Engage Product Managers in the business teams, to provide visibility into the engineering process, discuss blockers and plan next steps.
Participate in software development lifecycle rituals such as sprint retrospectives, planning meetings and demos.
Conduct data analysis and dive deep to disambiguate problems and facilitate resolutions.
Facilitate the collaboration with other technical teams.
Engage your leaders to report progress and escalate issues as needed.
About the team The IDQ team is part of the International Technology group (InTech), which owns the enhancement and delivery of s cutting-edge engineering to all the varied customers and cultures of the world.
We are a diverse team of applied scientists and engineers, with the mission to ensure that our customers are presented with accurate product information throughout their shopping experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Excellent English oral and written communication skills are critical, with experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
5 years of technical program management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple technical and operations teams.
Experience with SCRUM or other agile program management methodologies.
Strong data analysis skills; the ability to run data analysis and provide data driven decisions.
8 years of relevant work experience in program, product management or related function.
Masters degree in engineering, science, mathematics or related field.
