The Role: As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) on the platform team, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects. You'll be involved in every stage of the process, from scoping and execution to adoption, ensuring the team applies all key learnings from each project to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: Support defining and tracking key metrics and performance indicators and driving cross-functional execution of platform deliverables. Provide technical expertise that supports finding technical solutions and solving difficult project problems. Managing risks and resolving issues affecting release, scope, schedule, and quality. Working with engineering teams to contribute, prioritize, and deliver on the roadmap for multiple features. Leads post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Regularly communicate progress to stakeholders and publish status reports. Maintained project management artefacts, including communication plans, risk logs, decision logs, escalation procedures, and project schedules. Facilitate project team meetings. Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience working in a Technical Program Manager or similar role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills can use judgment to articulate the importance of an issue. The ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
