We're hiring for: We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager that will help Lokalise support one of its fast-growing Tribes in the apps and integrations space. The tribe focuses on creating an open ecosystem that will empower our customers and partners to seamlessly create apps for connecting and processing content in Lokalise. You will play a key role in the coordination around the product development lifecycle, working closely with a range of stakeholders within and outside of Lokalise, getting the apps ready for use - from inception to getting it out to market.
You will: Be working closely with the Product, Engineering, Marketing and Partnerships teams internally, in addition to working with agencies and external partners.Create, plan and manage the delivery of multiple parallel projects, involving relevant stakeholders at the right time of the journey.Be the go-to person for all things related to the status on the delivery.Provide regular tracking and reporting on progress, risks and issues; and escalate where needed.Be proactive in identifying dependencies (both within as well as across departments and 3rd parties) in order to minimise risks and challenges.Enable teams & leaders to make quality decisions and support in prioritisation exercises.Have the ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects and communicate them to stakeholders.You must have: 3+ years of program/project/product management experience.Strong stakeholder management skills.Superior communication skills - written and verbal.A sense of urgency to get things done and iterate on what needs improvement.The ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple competing priorities.Experience in high growth environments, particularly in SaaS.Experience in working with APIs and technical approaches.It will be considered a significant advantage if you have: Experience working with apps and integrations.A love of working with product & engineering teams.Product-led mindset.Our offer: Employee stock options plan.Learning & Development program.Flexible working hours.Unlimited vacation policy.Health insurance.Wellness benefits.Comprehensive parental leave.Co-working budget.Top-notch tech equipment to work with.Great startup atmosphere, team spirit, and team events.LI-MM1 #LI-remote
