Join us as Senior Technical Marketing Specialist (Senior Engagement and Personalization Specialist) and help shape our digital strategy through highly personalized marketing campaigns and content.
As a part of the Excellence and Innovation team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM to create engaging customer journeys.This role reports to the Engagement and Personalization Strategy Manager.The deadline for applications is January 12th, 2025.Your application should include a CV and a short cover letter explaining your motivation and the competencies that make you a good fit for this position.As a Senior Engagement and Personalization Specialist, you will:Define, implement, deploy, optimize, and monitor personalized campaigns.Operate in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, test, and deploy complex journeys involving A/B tests, audience splits, and dynamic personalization.Guide customer segmentation, targeting, and lead nurturing strategies.Manage your own campaign personalization plan, including proposal development and success monitoring.Test new audiences, campaigns, or processes, and coordinate tasks with specialists for complex projects.Collaborate with the marketing analyst to evaluate metrics, provide recommendations, and apply learnings for ongoing improvements.Skills and Experience:Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce platform, with a Salesforce Certification or a strong Trailhead history being a big plus.Proficiency in journey-based email delivery strategies.Knowledge of direct marketing best practices, including deliverability and CAN-SPAM compliance.Expertise in running experiments and conducting A/B tests, both short-term and long-term.Ability to develop dynamic content email templates using HTML and AMP script
