What You Need to Succeed Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Experience: 3+ years in IT consulting or a related field, with proven expertise in Project Management frameworks and practices. Programming Languages: Java, Python, C++ Product Experience: At least 2 years in large-scale implementations of Project and Portfolio Management solutions, such as OpenText PPM, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Project Server, and others. Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner, SAFe Agilist, PgMP. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
