Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.Senior Technical Consultant, Power & New EnergyBenefits: We offer flexible and hybrid working options because our people are safer, healthier, and more productive when they can balance work with life.Role Context:We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Wind Power team in Spain, led from our Madrid office.As a Senior Consultant specializing in Offshore Wind, you will be involved in the execution of several of the following technical activities aligned to your track record and skills.Responsibilities:Delivery of advisory, consultancy and early development services, including feasibility and conceptual studiesDeveloping and optimizing the layout development for offshore wind farms using industry and in-house software and digital toolsYield Assessments and design optimization of offshore wind farmsSupporting our clients in the early stages of project development; developing robust business cases for projects, supporting applications for licenses, evaluating technologiesDesign review and assessment of offshore wind farms to ensure that the engineering developed by the supply chain meets the project requirementsQualifications:Experience in offshore wind energy consulting, advisory and/or early phase project development workExperience in delivering study work and contributing to high quality proposalsPractical consulting/delivery experienceExcellent communication skills including ability to produce concise reports and presentations appropriate for sharing with all levelsConfidence to work at all levels of a client organizationThe desire to play a key role in a growing businessA relevant degree or post-graduate qualification in a suitably applicable field (engineering, renewable energy or similar)Technical / hands-on profile with good communicationExperience using industry software e.g. WAsP, Wind Farmer, windPROEnglish language is a requirement (written and spoken)Existing industry connections are desirableMoving Forward:We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
