Your Impact As a Senior Technical Consultant in IT Service Management (ITSM), you will drive the delivery of advanced IT solutions, making a profound impact on our clients' operational efficiency and service excellence. Your role will be pivotal in designing and implementing ITSM strategies that align with client business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and optimizing IT infrastructure.

What You Need to Succeed Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience: 3+ years in IT service management or related fields, with expertise in ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Programming Languages: Java, Python, C++.
Product Experience: Minimum 2 years in large-scale implementations of ITSM solutions, such as OpenText SMAX, ServiceNow ITSM, Atlassian Jira Service Management, and others.
Certifications (Preferred): ITIL 4, COBIT 5, TOGAF 9, AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities to work independently and collaboratively.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
