As a Senior Technical Consultant in IT Service Management (ITSM), you will drive the delivery of advanced IT solutions, making a profound impact on our clients' operational efficiency and service excellence. What You Need to Succeed
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience: 3+ years in IT service management or related fields, with expertise in ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Programming Languages: Java, Python, C++
Databases: SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
Platforms: Windows, Linux, macOS
Product Experience: Minimum 2 years in large-scale implementations of ITSM solutions, such as OpenText SMAX, ServiceNow ITSM, Atlassian Jira Service Management, and others.
Certifications (Preferred): ITIL 4, COBIT 5, TOGAF 9, AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities to work independently and collaboratively.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
