What You Need to Succeed
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience: 3+ years in IT process automation or a related field, with proven expertise in automation frameworks and tools (e.g., RPA, BPM, AI).
Technical Proficiency:
Programming Languages: Java, Python, C++
Databases: SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins
Platforms: Windows, Linux, macOS
Product Experience: At least 2 years in large-scale IT Service Management implementations, such as OpenText Operations Orchestration, Dynatrace IT Automation, Atlassian Jira IT Automation, BMC Control-M, and others.
Certifications (Preferred): ITIL 4, COBIT 5, TOGAF 9, UiPath RPA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and the capacity to build and maintain client relationships.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and spoken), with additional proficiency in German or French highly valued.
