Responsibilities
• Defining, reviewing, and advising on the architecture of products for software quality• Ensuring efficient and scalable solutions in line with good practices• Working within the SCRUM framework and following established practices• Accompanying product definition and ensuring technical feasibility• Participating in technical testing and small evolutions• Mentoring the development team and strengthening the technology community• Working in a team with the Product Owner, EM, and Architect• Designing and implementing highly available and concurrent systems• Guaranteeing availability and resilience of services• Communicating ideas, new methods, or technologies to improve the current tech stack• Active involvement in API design and development• Ensuring code quality and cleanliness through participation in pull requests• Staying up-to-date with technology trends, particularly in ecommerce• Identifying new trends for maximum results• Estimating and prioritizing user stories with the Product Owner• Following project and company guidelines and standards• Motivating and encouraging the team to achieve high quality standards• Ensuring the success and quality of delivered solutions
Requirements
• Strong experience as a Tech Lead in a similar role• Experience with Java, React/JavaScript, and API product• Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices• Experience in designing and implementing scalable systems• Familiarity with clean code principles and participation in pull requests• Up-to-date knowledge of technology trends, especially in ecommerce• Strong mentoring and leadership skills• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
