Senior Taxation Accountant

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Accounting Practice located North of the river, in Malaga, Perth.

About the Role You will be expected to have a solid base knowledge and understanding of key taxation legislation and regulations with a proven track record in a small to medium practice.
Duties and Responsibilities Preparation of Tax Returns & Financial Statements for Individuals, Partnerships, Trusts, Companies, and SMSF;Preparation of Payroll Tax, BAS, FBT & SGC;Tax Planning & Advice;Review team members' work and lodge returns with ATO;Provide support to junior staff;Liaison with Clients & ATO.Skills & Experience Required for this Role IPA, CPA, or CA qualified (preferred);Exceptional interpersonal skills (both oral and written);Strong customer service orientation and focus;The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating an aptitude for problem-solving;Excellent planning and organisational skills;A high level of attention to detail and time management skills.You will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package and be part of a practice that can offer you a long-term career opportunity with ongoing training and development.
