The position will be based in Valencia.As a Senior Tax Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Group functions. You will be working close with local operational management, but also with central functions. You will be part in building the future Tax and be able to develop in an international environment with possibility to work globally. Currently, the Tax department at Vitrolife Group is embarking on an exciting transformation journey and you will have an amble opportunity to take an active role in this one-of-a-kind opportunity.Key responsibilities:Monitor affiliate ´s results to ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing policy and its implementation across the Group.Manage Transfer Pricing compliance (master file and local file) and ensure the legal agreements are in place for all affiliates from a tax perspective.Provide support to our affiliates across the world in international tax and transfer pricing, being the contact person for intercompany transactions.Ensure the application of the double tax treaties within the Group.Preparation of the Group tax monthly closing, including the review of the tax reporting made by the affiliates.Provide tax support to different stakeholders such as Finance, Business, Legal, Sales & Marketing, etc.Support the M&A projects in the tax due diligence, tax structuring, and review of transactional documents for the deals promoted within the Group.RequirementsLaw Degree or Double Degree Business & Law.Masters in Tax Law highly preferred.Qualified Tax lawyer with a minimum of 4-5 years of tax experience in an international firm or an international corporation.Business proficiency in English and Spanish.Accounting knowledge demonstrated by understanding financial information.Excellent communication skills. This role implies direct report to the Head of Tax and other leadership members of the Group.Collaborative team player.Ability to work with deadlines and targets.
