Job Duties And Responsibilities: Responsible for completion of international and local income and other tax returns including all related analysis and support. Manage the cross-border tax issues and tax planning initiatives for a portfolio of businesses across a variety of markets which include Spain, UK, Bulgaria and LATAM countries. Participate in global project in coordination with legal and other departments Manage and oversee tax compliance for the LATAM countries and Europe. Responsible for transfer pricing and management fee arrangements. Manage a team of up to 2 people. Calculation of intercompanies charges according to the transfer pricing policy of the group. Monitoring tax effective rate of the Group. Implementation of Tax Forecast, checking deviation reasons. Identification and evaluation of tax risk as well as counteracting them. Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matter to local finance team and to the Group. Manage and coordinate tax audits. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices. Ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place over accounting for income and other taxes. Departmental liaison with IT staff on all technical matters relating to tax applications. Assisting the Head of Treasury with tax planning issues as required, estimating and monitoring annual cash taxes. Build relationships and interact with businesses to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise ExperienceAnd Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, finance, business or related field 6+ years of related experience including international tax experience in Latam region and Europe. Master's in taxation or international Taxation required. Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns. Strong leadership with demonstrated hands-on approach and personnel management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP systems. Ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Finetch Spanish and English fluent, Portuguese will be a plus. What We Offer: Competitive salary!
