Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager, the Tax Manager will oversee a team of tax professionals responsible for ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations while maximizing tax efficiencies for the company. This role is essential in guiding the organization through complex tax landscapes, managing risks, and contributing to financial optimization strategies. The Tax Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments, as well as external consultants, to develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's objectives. Additionally, the Tax Manager will lead efforts in documenting processes, addressing consultations, and analyzing the tax implications of new products and routes. This position requires strong leadership skills, operational excellence, and the ability to navigate regulatory frameworks effectively to safeguard Arajet's financial interests.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience working in tax department, preferably with Big 4.Experience managing international taxes on a regional basis, preferably in the airline industry.Experience in tax transformation and tax automation projects, including utilizing tax technology, will be a strong asset.Experience in dealing with tax authorities.Ability to train team members and follow up on their progression.Strong technical knowledge of relevant tax laws (including international rules).Develop strategies and reduce any tax risks with the help of external auditors and advisors.
