Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship ManagementAct as the face of our firm, building trust and rapport with clients through regular interactions and insightful tax guidance.Provide proactive advice on tax planning and business strategy, making complex information accessible and actionable.Review intricate tax returns with ProSeries, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every step.Address complex issues such as stock options, partnership basis, and multi-state taxes, crafting customized strategies for each client.Lead and mentor a team of a tax manager and part-time bookkeepers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Ensure team alignment with quality standards and timelines, promoting continuous learning and efficiency.Process Innovation & Firm GrowthUse the firm's Karbon CRM system to manage workflows, track deadlines, and maintain smooth operations.Partner with the owner in refining internal processes, implementing new tools, and welcoming new clients to the firm.Why Join Us?
