Address complex issues such as stock options, partnership basis, and multi-state taxes, crafting customized strategies for each client. Lead and mentor a team of a tax manager and part-time bookkeepers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Ensure team alignment with quality standards and timelines, promoting continuous learning and efficiency. Process Innovation & Firm Growth Use the firm's Karbon CRM system to manage workflows, track deadlines, and maintain smooth operations.
