Essential Skills and Qualifications Expertise in tax compliance, tax preparation, and a strong understanding of tax law. Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively. CPA certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
