Verisure is seeking a talented, passionate and analytical Group HR Senior Talent Strategy Analyst to join our growing and successful Group HR Talent Team.
The Analyst will be a key member of the team and will report directly to the Group Talent Manager.

You will have substantial level of exposure and ownership, leadership and responsibility on critical analysis, and project management.
Opportunities for development for the successful candidate are substantial and there is a large potential to take other roles in the company (different areas, countries).
Key Responsibilities The Group HR Senior Talent Strategy Analyst will work on international projects related to talent staffing, having high exposure to top executives, as key stakeholders involved in staffing decisions across the 17 countries where Verisure operates.
The Analyst will support in nurturing the organisation with the necessary capabilities to be ready to overcome company challenges. The projects will involve analysis, design and implementation. Main responsibilities include:
Identify internal candidates for top management vacancies. Proactively and reactively, in collaboration with our CHRO and Group HR Talent Director, seek for next career internal movements for our top management (internal headhunting).
Develop a holistic understanding of our top executives' talent performance, assessment, aspirations and development information, to leverage it for staffing decisions.
In collaboration with Talent Development area, co-create talent development plans for top management.
Coordinate and launch the relevant organisational announcements, organisational charts and relevant communications to key stakeholders after top management changes.
Manage the Corporate Audience list (top management) of the company.
Establish relevant KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the process at a global level, design a dashboard and regularly analyze these KPIs to derive insights.
Collaborate with key leaders in the company, including our CHRO, in preparing and validating the abovementioned strategic thinking and relevant talent materials.
You will have the opportunity to play a strategic and operational role at the same time with ownership and accountability.
Location The position is full-time and based in Madrid (Spain), under a hybrid work from home policy of 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer. The position might require some travelling across our European markets.
Reports and Organization Structure Direct report into the Group Talent Manager.
Qualifications We are looking for a high potential / top performer individual, proactive and goal-oriented, who is looking for a challenging yet rewarding job:
Top tier education background with a minimum of a bachelor's degree (ideally engineering or business administration).
2 years of experience in strategic project management or management consulting.
Fluent in written and spoken English & Spanish.
Problem structuring, strategic problem-solving and excellent analytical skills, coupled with very strong excel skills.
Strong written and oral communication capabilities for creating and presenting slides in PowerPoint.
Structured and detail oriented, while capable of understanding the big picture.
Strong interpersonal skills and experience of working in international multi-cultural environments and with diverse and remote teams.
Ability and willingness to take a 'hands on' approach, while maintaining an ability for a high level or strategic view.
Agile, able to manage uncertainty and adapt to change with pragmatism.
