The Opportunity: As a Senior Recruiter at LatamCent.com, you will lead the sourcing and placement efforts across various industries, aiming to fill 5-10 roles monthly.

What You'll Do: Conduct 80-100 candidate interviews monthly, utilizing LinkedIn, our ATS, and outbound sourcing techniques.
Communicate effectively and timely with hiring managers to align on candidate requirements and market trends.
Manage multiple roles, client and candidates schedules across time zones, ensuring availability and responsiveness.
Discover Most Placeable Candidates and help market them for new roles and opportunities Must-Haves in a Candidate: Proven track record in recruitment with the ability to meet substantial monthly targets.
Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
Fluent in English, comfortable working 9-5 EST, with flexibility for occasional nights and weekends to get the job done Fluent C1 or C2 level English Nice to Have: Experience with innovative sourcing strategies and advanced recruitment technologies.
