Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people, understanding and resolving their queries, and are motivated by networking, then you could be the perfect fit!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mango, you will be responsible for understanding managers' personnel needs, leading the selection processes from start to finish, and identifying the necessary talent in the assigned areas to help teams achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in crafting job descriptions for vacancies in the assigned areas.

Post and promote vacancies on internal and external platforms.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and maintain candidate databases.

Prepare reports and present candidates to hiring managers.

Coordinate new employee onboarding.

Contribute to global projects and continuous improvement initiatives with Mango's Talent Acquisition teams.

Requirements

Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the retail/fast-moving consumer goods sector.

Proficiency in English.

Proficient in MS Office and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Prior experience with Workday is a plus.
