We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, decisive and creative Recruiter with end to end responsibilities. You will play a core role in driving Univrse's recruitment strategy. You will have the responsibility to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. You'll join a very young company where recruitment happens on ad-hoc processes until now and you'll be in charge of creating processes and implementing ATS. In return, you'll have a high autonomy, within our very small HR team, reporting to the CEO. The company grows with light-speed and we need someone who can keep up with the growth while their partner in HR is strengthening the company culture and processes.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and implement overall recruiting strategyDevelop and update job descriptions and job specificationsPerform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectivesPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.Screen candidates' resumes and job applicationsConduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within scheduleAssess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesMonitor and apply HR recruiting best practicesManage internship programsProvide recruitment reports to team managersContact agencies and negotiate conditions with themEngage contractors whenever neededRequirementsKNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCEProven 3-5+ years work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews: juniors, seniors, professional and business, sales (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in-tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in small companies: startups, SMEs with highly autonomous workflowsStrong self-management and time-management skillsMEETING ONE OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS IS A PLUSYou love XR, AR, VR, and video games in general (Gamers welcome)Candidates for this position must have a genuine interest in the latest technological developments in the industryTechnical profile backgroundOTHER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEKnowledge of emerging technologiesMust have an excellent level of EnglishAn at least intermediate level of Spanish is preferredA young, international, and dynamic work environment that is constantly growingThe chance to work on cutting-edge experiencesWork with talented people who are industry pioneersOpportunities to experiment with innovative technologiesA competitive salary based on knowledge and experienceBeach volleyball on Tuesdays (during the summer)Creative retreat with the whole teamFrequent cultural and leisure activities
