You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their specific needs and find top talent to contribute to the growth of their teams.
This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days a week in our local office. Your Mission: Perform full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from position request through to offerPartner with hiring managers, providing consistent support and feedback from the searchUse tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Behance, etc. to perform outreach and ensure a healthy candidate pipelineDeliver an exemplary candidate experience in all areas of our recruiting processWork within Greenhouse (our ATS) to manage the hiring journeyProvide coaching and support to internal employees on the interview processDevelop trusting relationships with all hierarchical levels within the company as well as potential hiresEnsure training and knowledge sharing is a usual part of the team's way of workingImprove efficiency and effectiveness through process improvements, technical enhancements, and metrics monitoringWhat you need to succeed: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in technical roles (recruiting for a high-growth SaaS company preferred)Passion for finding and connecting the best talent with a proven ability to source, engage, and nurture prospective candidatesA service-oriented approach towards all stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and SpanishStrong organizational skills, experience with multi-project management, and close attention to detailExperience coaching and mentoring team members and leaders in talent acquisition best practicesKeep abreast of the latest trends and talent acquisition innovationsNice to have: Experience organizing and attending recruiting eventsWe care about your growth and well-being Competitive Compensation Package: Generous compensation structure consisting of salary, a competitive stock option package, and various benefits and perks
Workation: Work up to 60 days per year in a country different from your home country, with 20 working days per trip
