Your Mission As we continue on our path of rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for our Product & Engineering roles to be our first team member in our growing Madrid Office. This position is a key role to actively shape the success and culture of our company by attracting outstanding talent who share our values of sustainability and innovation.
Your Responsibilities Develop scalable recruitment strategies for our Product & Engineering departments
Work closely with our leadership and People & Talent teams to clarify talent needs and develop the right strategies together - you will take the lead over all Engineering & Product hiring for our Madrid Office
Improve candidate engagement by putting the candidate experience at the center of all recruiting processes
Take ownership of all recruiting databases, managing them with the utmost care; use data analytics to make strategic decisions and improve results
Utilize technology to increase our recruiting efficiency and quality and ensure we are using the latest tools
