Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Join our team as a Recruiter and take charge of our high-volume recruitment efforts to find professionals in the field of IT!
We are looking for a talented individual to lead end-to-end recruitment processes, identify and attract exceptional candidates, and ensure a seamless experience for all applicants.
Your key responsibilities will be: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for EMEA .
Recruit for roles including developers, QA engineers, managers, infrastructure, and support.
Identify and attract highly skilled candidates through various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the technical aspects of recruitment enablement, including ATS administration, reporting, and compliance with GDPR regulations and DEI.
Propose and implement enhancements to the candidate experience, such as improving communication, streamlining application procedures, and providing feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the recruitment process remains efficient and competitive.
We're excited about you if you have: Bachelor's degree.
5+ years of experience as a Recruiter or/and Talent Acquisition Partner in a global company, preferably with a focus on high-volume recruitment in the IT industry.
In-depth knowledge of various sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, open to AI-based technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within specified timelines.
Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Willingness to come to the office in Warsaw, Prague, Valencia, or Madrid twice a week.
English B2 minimum.
