Job Description Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for technical, GTM, and G&A roles across the EMEA region. Manage everything from job postings to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Strategic Sourcing: Partner with the sourcing team to design and execute tailored talent acquisition strategies, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and referrals to attract top talent.
Talent Partner: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on recruitment strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and personalized support throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Pipeline Building: Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs across the EMEA region.
Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador for Flywire, promoting our brand, mission, and values to ensure we are recognized as an employer of choice in the EMEA market.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring landscapes in EMEA to continually refine recruitment strategies.
ATS & Reporting: Manage candidate data using SmartRecruiters, and provide regular reports on hiring metrics to improve recruitment decision-making.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to drive efficiency, improve candidate quality, and reduce time-to-hire.
Qualifications Who You Are: Experience: 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within tech, GTM, or consulting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with a focus on the EMEA region.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in additional EMEA languages is an advantage.
EMEA Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the EMEA labor market, recruitment trends, and cultural nuances across the region.
Cultural Savvy: Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment, with an adaptable approach to recruitment strategies across different markets.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects, prioritize competing demands, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to collaborate across global teams and time zones, supporting Flywire's global hiring initiatives.
