Defining which positions are assigned to the consultancies and monitoring them.Liaise directly with hiring managers to understand their needs related to incorporating new profiles.Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess process efficiency and effectiveness.What are we looking for??4+ years of experience managing recruitment and selection processes.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Teamtailor.Proven experience in strategic recruitment, including executive-level profiles, specialized technicians, and competitive industries.Proficiency in English (B2/C1).
