YOUR ROLEProvide and manage autonomously IT local services to ensure service excellence, supporting local requirements and meeting customer expectations.Operate local IT services in the area of responsibility and support the IT infrastructure in other areas.Manage changes to the IT infrastructure and carry out all assigned roll-out activities for new standard operations.Be responsible for the set-up, analysis, implementation, operation, re-launch, and decommissioning of technology components.Guarantee, in rotation with another member of staff, 24x7 support availability for the Montornes site, capable of identifying, classifying, following up, and resolving possible failures in the local IT/OT infrastructure, minimizing the impact on production.Optimize and organize the exchange of information with other internal/external organizational units and functions; act as the local point of contact for the exchange of information and clarification of processes.Work closely with local service providers and global service parties.Implement and ensure local compliance with corporate policies, standards, and procedures.
