Job Overview:
As a Senior System Administrator at Decoded HR, you will be responsible for managing the systems, hardware, and IT infrastructure for both our company and the technical integration of our clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and technical support to optimise efficiency and productivity.
Job Responsibilities: Lead the management of IT systems, hardware, and infrastructure for both Decoded HR and client organizations, ensuring reliability, security, and optimal performance.Provide expert technical support and effective troubleshooting for all IT-related issues.Coordinate the seamless technical integration of client systems with internal platforms, facilitating efficient data exchange and workflow continuity.Develop and implement robust IT policies, procedures, and best practices to uphold security standards and regulatory compliance across all operations.Conduct ongoing evaluation of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with strategic business objectives.Administer and maintain third-party services, ensuring smooth operation and optimising functionality to meet business needs.Manage remote-user infrastructure administration, maintaining connectivity and access for distributed teams.Oversee the distribution and collection of IT equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient asset management.Take ownership of all IT and Tech subscription management, ensuring cost-effective utilisation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a consulting or outsourcing environment.Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and infrastructure.Experience with technical integration and support.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
