The PDU PC is an area responsible for the development and maintenance of the Ericsson Packet Core portfolio. The unit has developed the 2G, 3G, 4G, and now 5G Packet Core. The PDU has main sites in 5 countries globally: China, Hungary, Germany, Spain, and Sweden. The Development Group unit in Madrid (DG AO) specializes in Analytics & Optimizations.
